This might explain why I think eggs can bring on a panic attack from me.
I took two very small chlorella tablets and had panic. I feel at a loss as to how to tackle this mercury. I initially took chlorella thinking it will be a mild cleanse as I don't want to go through panic attacks to get this out. It's in my head and it hurts once it starts moving. I don't know what to do.

I want to know if you can learn to tollerate chlorella. I was planning on starting on a mega small dose and work my way up to a suitable dose, even if it takes weeks. What do you think about this approach? My chlorella tablets are tiny little things and even two set me off so I may even have to cut one in half.

I take in with coriander (cilantro) as this is supposed to remove the loosened mecury. I have planted a coriander garden and I am currently eating as much as possible and I have a tincture for later when I can handle it. I love the coriander pesto and it's a good way to get the garlic, although I get told I stink.

I am wanting to also clean myself out using a traditional sauna, not the infrared type. I live closish to a Korean bath house who have a good one but having agoraphobia makes it hard to get to and sit in. I am looking at ways of having my own but even a very small type 1100mm x 1100mm is expensive and I am thinking might me too claustrophobic. After doing research I don't think the little colaspsable ones will get enough heat up to do the job. It's the dry, very hot heat that releases you sweat, not the steamy type of heat. I am on a constant search for a sauna.

One thing I notice about being in the sauna is my face dosen't sweat at all and goes bright red. It takes about 20mins to stop being red. Are faces supposed to sweat?
