When I was mercury toxic, my experience with chlorella was generally quite dramatic. Yes, I think it did rid some metals for sure, but it stirred them up to the extreme and I was often on the floor screaming and almost tearing my hair out, whilst going through an eruption of mercury symptoms from the stirring up. Sure when it was over, I felt relieved and a bit more metal appeared to have been cleared out but at what cost? Sometimes it took ages to recover from chlorella and the stirring of mercury. Healing crisis? Yes, probably but it is very risky if you get tipped over the edge like that.

Sometimes I felt ok with it, but mercury being unpredictable can be risky if you use certain products that may mobilise more than bind and/or use products incorrectly (randomly). It depends how you respond personally to them.

Some do very well on chlorella, you maybe one of those. How do you handle sulfur foods? E.g. eggs. onions, broccoli, cabbage etc? Because sulfur can also stir up mercury but those low in sulfur, can find it helps them instead. But extra sulfur can certainly have the power to move metals around. I had that problem when very toxic with mercury but when I had less mercury, my reactions to sulfur improved greatly.
