I have a couple of Suzanne Sommers books on staying "young and sexy forever" because I am a bit vain and nearing 49 in March : ) Anyway - I do use BIOIDENTICAL hormone replacement - so far - only progesterone as I'm not menopausal yet or wasn't when last tested but am getting horrid hot flashes. It does help!! I have to use a compounding pharmacy for the cream, but its natural... I had a weird cycle month before last - then skilled altogether, but could tell I had PMS the past week or so....and was so happy to actually have a cycle again! (Likely sounds weird : ) I know what to expect with cycles, but not without them.... Anyway - I also tried some Dong Quai this month and, in the past, that straightened me out when my cycles got out of whack. Not sure if that helped or not.
