Yep, the ritualistic behaviours, I think is the same as obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Bizzare stuff and something that afflicted me in ways nobody really knew about to much extent. Privately mostly.

I notice that with less toxins, those symptoms for me almost disappear. So obviously the mind is extremely sensitive (in some people perhaps more than others?) to certain toxins like mercury and I believe it can alter brain chemistry and behaviours. I have no doubts, I've been there and it's been extreme when very toxic and much more mild when less toxic.

So people who suffer this may need to hear this!
