Those who want to take larger dosages of vitamins should build up to them. I am not sure it a good idea to use huge dosages of vitamins though, like more than 150 mg of each of the B vitamins, or more than 8 grams of vitamin c a day long term. At those extreme dosages the extra benefits might be very minimal compared to taking 1/2 or 1/3 the dosage, and there might be some side effects. Even if there aren't, just for reasons of cost, why be wasteful? Huge amounts of B vitamins at a time stress the kidneys. The more doses it is spread out to, the safer it is to take a large dose. When I have high fever, I might take a gram of vitamin c every hour or hour and half while awake. I would only do this for a few days at a time maximum though.
Everyone seems to want to be gung ho with chelation and supplements. I propose a more well thought out game plan and trying to avoid extremes. Many of the symptoms people think are from mercury are actually from candida, which overgrows rapidly in the presence of mercury. I am amazed at how much raw garlic accomplishes both in helping to kill candida and parasites, and in helping the body detoxify. If the body is clogged with candida and/or parasite toxins, then one might feel much worse after chelating for a while. Chelation drags mercury deeply stored in the organs into the blood, so even if someone doesn't have so much mercury their blood mercury could be very high during or just after chelation.
If your wife doesn't want tos tart on a parasite cleanse until after the last of the amalgams are out, then she could start with antifungals such as raw garlic, olive leaf extract, ginger, cinnamon, etc. Some people have much more energy after they complete a parasite cleanse. Most here have had parasites. 70% of human parasites are microscopic, although many here have seen parasites while doing a parasite cleanse. I was skeptical about parasite cleanses until after I did some.
