Something else that might help is to keep those parts of your body prone to numbess warm. This helps the flow of blood. If you find your hand goes numb when on the computer, you might want to wear a glove or get a mousemat with a wrist support. I have one of those and I think it helps.

If you have standard bedsheets, you might want to change them to fleece (if your partner can endure it, if you have one). I've found that standard bedsheets get cold when I move out of position, but fleece is nice and warm and soft and that has helped me a lot by preserving body heat. Also I find I am more likely to wake up with numb thigh if I wear a nightdress instead of a fleece trousers/pants.

Gentle exercises to increase blood flow can help aswell. I try to take a walk every day for about an hour. When I get lazy and skip a few days, I get a return of the tingles. Sitting still in one position for any length of time gives me problems.

A water bottle in winter can help aswell to keep your body warm.

I've heard that some people get benefit from professional massage aswell.

Warm baths can also help relieve muscle pains, so if I feel I've overdone it any time, I take a bath as soon as I can and that helps stiffness.

I am having a return of tingles at the moment and I might have to take the glucosamine sulphate and just suffer the unwanted side-effects I get from the sulphate to try and improve this problem for a while, and then shift to deal with the other problems. It's not easy and can be quite a juggling act sometimes!
