In light of my reintoxication of mercury by chemtrails, I have now entered all of the symptoms of stage 3 mercury toxicity once again, and I now have all of the symptoms that I had with my amalgams still in during the last half of the 90's. After 4 years of mercury-free bliss (the best years of my life), exposure to chemtrails has now reduced my quality of life to that similar to the condition I was in before my amalgams were removed. One of the most difficult symptoms to deal with has been the racing mind, which makes it very difficult to get to sleep. Over the past 2 weeks, after having put in some research on the subject, I discovered that GABA has greatly reduced my racing mind about 80% and allowed me to have deeper, more restful sleep. BackgroundWhen my amalgams were in, it would take me on average 2 hours to get to sleep each night. This was due, in part, to my rapidly racing mind. When my amalgams were removed, I immediately was able to get to sleep in about 5 minutes, 10 at most; Something unheard of in my life. Now, with our new exposure to mercury through chemtrails since late 2005, these sleep issues have reemerged. This is what I'm now using with great success: Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA)I sincerely hope this helps someone.

I may have to try some GABA, thanks for the tip.
The racing mind is a tough thing to conquer. Some breathing techniques and meditation usually are enough to get me relaxed, but sometimes its really hard to focus and slow the mind down to even meditate, so maybe the GABA will help with this.

Maybe this is the explanation for why I tested to be a "rapid imaging thinker" when i did this "alpha awareness" test a long time ago. You sit with your eyes closed and picture a vase adding to it as the instructor/tester tells you and my vase never quit spinning and changing. I think it is also an aspect of intelligence...but I've thought maybe I'm adhd. My mind goes faster than my mouth half the time. Never saw a connection there, but I've always had trouble turning off my mind.

Russ,
My friend told me GABA worked really well for a little with her sleep issues from mercury symptoms but eventually she built up a tolerance to it.
So it may be good to use only when you really feel like you need it.

Russ,
I've been there and can help. Here's what can help calm your mind.
Magnesium Glycinate (KAL makes one I use) Taurine is an NMDA antagonist and can help Theanine potentiates GABA and Dopamine Lithium Orotate or Aspartate Valerian potentiates GABA Zinc is an NMDA antagonist and can help Lysine is an inverse NMDA agonist and can help Melatonin for sleep. High enough dose to keep you out. And GABA
B3 - niacinamide seems to have a synerigistic effect with GABA.
Rx Klonopin helped me but had the side effect of added depression.
You should look into the new derivatives of GABA like Phenibut and Picamilon. If you take Piracetam with Phenibut is supposed to keep you from developing tolerance. I haven't tried Picamolin yet but it's GABA bound to niacin to help it cross the Blood Brain Barrier. I'm very interested to try Picamolin.
I'm not convinced of what causes this. For me it occurred during my period of extreme stress and its definitely chemical. I also usually had heart racing as well which made me thing it might be Adrenaline and or NE. I also think it could be cortisol (early stage adrenal fatigue) or possibly lyme neurotoxin. Or all of the above in a domino type effect. You are definitely getting chemical stimulation of some type.
Cheers

This last week chemtrails have been very heavy here. I have had all the symptoms of mercury resurface again. Itchy watery eyes, burning sinuses, muscle pain, depression, crying, back to not sleeping well and yes the racing mind thing...can't quiet it down. I also ended up working in a hot apt and sweated real bad for 3 hours and also took some olive leaf extract too so have not been able to put my finger on the culprit. I have taken the olive leaf lots of times and the sweating had been helping me too so I don't know. Seems like there were a few days of spraying where the mix was different and want to say it was more the chemtrails affecting me than anything else. Everyone here is sick too with stomach virus and the flu....coughing runny nose etc... We had a day of rain so it calmed the air a bit but they are still spraying...just kills our rain clouds.

I am a little better but not back to where I was so I need to set a day aside for nothing but detox. When I do that it is detox and all therapies all day non stop and usually helps just I have had so much work and no time. I am going to try tomorrow which will be a full day but worth it to feel better.

What does that consist of? What kind of therapies?

I sleep with castor oil pack then in the morning I start oil pull and dry brushing. Hydrotherapy using hot for 15 seconds and then cold for 15 sec...alternating 7 times. excercise and jumping on mini trampoline. I do foot soak with celtic sea salt and betonite clay and then body wrap with betonite clay and then back to the shower for more hydrtherapy. If I can fit a round of colonics in I do that too. Takes the whole day but well worth it. I also do reflexology when I remember. Schulze tells about all the therapies. I also do color therapy and positive affrimations...all makes me feel better. The last 2 are more for fun breaks the monotany a bit. I also believe you have to heal the thinking process as well ...more positive thoughts will help speed healing.

Absolutely - referring to positive thoughts. That is one think I have noticed since I got my amalgams out - I have a better outlook on my situation. It's just a mental clarity that I never had. I have done a lot of different therapies - more mainstream than alternative all of which never helped so after awhile I got sort of pessimistic about a new therapy. But this (meaning cleansing and chelation and detoxing) I know is going to help me dramatically - over time. I keep telling myself "you didn't get this toxic overnight so it will take some time" but everything helps. I have been doing the castor oil packs too - not overnight though. I should try that - do you use a heating pad? I usually use a rice bag in the microwave but it doesn't stay hot for that long. I have to keep heating it up.

I just want to second Rachel's post. My mercury symptoms are directly related to the amount of chemtrail activity. In fact, last Friday there was no spraying whatsoever. I felt great on that day. The unfortunately reality is that chemtrails contain mercury, and this is probably a ptb response to the fact that millions have stopped water fluoridation, had amalgams removed, and stopped vaccinating. The only medium remaining for mercury exposure to you and me is the air. Inhaled mercury is quickly absorbed into the blood stream, so you can expect symptoms to appear within minutes. That is certainly the case with me.

Excellent information sregan. The GABA that I use also contains taurine. This combination works great for me. I take 1 every other day and have for about 2 weeks and it's still working to stop my racing thoughts, which helps greatly with concentration and with getting to sleep. Valerian works, but when I was severely mercury toxic (in 2000), I tried it an had depression as a result. 5-HTP also worked well for me to induce sleepiness but it didn't slow down my mind. I developed a tolerance for it in about 4 days and could only use it occasionally. Still very useful though.
