I used Sun Chlorella to detox. That's what I would recommend that people use when they're doing their primary (initial) mercury detox. Just do a Google search and it'll be easy to find.

I now use NSP's pH Green Zone, which contains smaller amounts of chlorella just to be sure I keep the incoming mercury moving out.

I know Andy does not like chlorella, but the only reason (he stated in a post response) is because it does not agree with all people. I like it because not only does it contain sulfur, but it also promotes the production of methionine in the body, which is used to make glutathione which is the body's natural way of eliminating mercury.

I would recommend that anyone who wants to use chlorella, start by taking a very small amount to make sure they don't have a reaction to it.

It has worked very well for me.
