Which potent antioxidant helps slow the aging process, improves brain function and memory, reduces blood sugar by enhancing glucose metabolism, and has been shown to be effective in treating diabetic polyneuropathy (diabetes-related nerve degeneration causing pain, numbness and tingling in the extremities)?

Russ, I would love to take this, but what about it's chelating properties if you don't take it round the clock and you still have mercury? (get rid of the mercury??) I can't ever find a low enough dose or broke them. I wake up right now anyway - but if I don't, and do wake myself up it is very hard to get back to sleep esp. if I know I have to get up. Any suggestions?

For people who are mercury toxic, ALA can cause a lot of symptoms to occur because of it's chelating properties.
Personally, I chose not to use it when I was mercury toxic and preferred to detox the lower body using chlorella and exercise.
For those who can take it, I would definitely start with low doses and work your way up over time.
Of course, in today's world, it's virtually impossible to avoid exposure to mercury and other toxins because of chemtrail operations.

Did you use NSP's to detox? (Chlorella). Do you think their products for that are safe even according to Andy's opinion? I like the idea of natural...and the round the clock chelating kills me cause my sleep is so messed up. I admit it - I have to take drugs...and that adds to the body burden. But I have to sleep.

I used Sun Chlorella to detox. That's what I would recommend that people use when they're doing their primary (initial) mercury detox. Just do a Google search and it'll be easy to find. I now use NSP's pH Green Zone, which contains smaller amounts of chlorella just to be sure I keep the incoming mercury moving out. I know Andy does not like chlorella, but the only reason (he stated in a post response) is because it does not agree with all people. I like it because not only does it contain sulfur, but it also promotes the production of methionine in the body, which is used to make glutathione which is the body's natural way of eliminating mercury. I would recommend that anyone who wants to use chlorella, start by taking a very small amount to make sure they don't have a reaction to it. It has worked very well for me.
