They just showed another tape of CNN of a recent abuse of power by police - they show the police (white I might add as were the police) beating the guy in the face with their fists and then kicking him on the ground and THIS while he is hand cuffed. They have been disciplined, or are being disciplined, but is there something going on that makes tehm think they have that much power or right??? It is very disturbing.
