Russ, You've no doubt heard of the law of health we LDS folk go by. There are many within the church who take the information given in this revelation further than some..which I do. It was given in 1833....the beginning is interesting..
A Word OF Wisdom, for the benefit of the council of high priests, assembled in Kirtland, and the church, and also the saints in Zion—
2 To be sent greeting; not by commandment or constraint, but by revelation and the word of wisdom, showing forth the order and will of God in the temporal salvation of all saints in the last days—
3 Given for a principle with promise, adapted to the capacity of the weak and the weakest of all saints, who are or can be called saints.
4 Behold, verily, thus saith the Lord unto you: In consequence of evils and designs which do and will exist in the hearts of conspiring men in the last days, I have warned you, and forewarn you, by giving unto you this word of wisdom by revelation

Due to Linda's inviting revelations I was reading this morning a book which puts all the prophetic warnings of the last days together. It talks throughout about "secret combinations" - destruction of the unbelieving... I am not putting it out out cause I dont' want to stir things up at this point. It also talks (all scriptural quotes) about the great and abominable church which was established between the time after Christ and before the time of Colubus.... There is reason to be alarmed. Also ran across the scripture about the watch tower. We have been warned for decades to store food and learn to produce our own. I wonder, though, how to protect gardens from chemtrails? Still - homegrown is superior. Of course we're counseled to stay out of debt... and stand in holy places so that we can be in tune with the spirit to guide us. I was told in a blessing to learn "more" of the word of wisdom." I've always had a natural interest in such things. Sadly I have been distracted and not doing as well that way so need to get on the stick. We've also been told the seasons would be confused... and on and on. To ignore these things is to hide your head in the sand.

I just watched a show on possible ice age effects from global warming from the oceans becoming desalanized, and the scientist said if this is the case, the earth will only sustain 2 Billion vs. the 8 billion now. (He literally said "6 billion will have to go!) It makes sense that if unbelieving people look at things without feeling any moral consequences (blowing them off as dated, fantasy, etc., sound familiar?) they would feel good about killing off people for the "greater good."

The current target world population set by the ptb is 500 million. Interestingly, I have seen a number of programs on the Discovery channel and it's related networks that state that the CURRENT population of the world is 500 million!
The Bible speaks of a third of the Earth's population being destroyed be various disasters, and I have become convinced that most of these disasters are caused by the ptb.
After my years of study and learning the character of the people who are currently in power, I have realized that they are responsible for most disasters that occur, from famines, disease, and even some so-called "natural" disasters too.
The unfortunate truth about people today is that they are afraid to face the most frightening truth that now confronts us, that a group of powerful rulers fiercely intend on murdering 9 out of every 10 of us.
Because they are not familiar with secondary news sources, most Americans don't realize that we are on the brink of an economic collapse, and that we are closing in on world war III.
Through our studies, we have learned that the ultimate end of the United States is to be a socialist police state occupied by Russia and China. This plan has been in place for over 20 years and we are nearing it's implementation. It's often called the "Red Dawn" scenario because the movie by the same name was shockingly accurate.
The concept of a land being "the land of the free and the home of the brave" came about through the realization that freedom will not survive—cannot survive—without courage.

I guess you've seen the news lately of Russia pummelling Georgia (the one over there...not state here). I just ran into a prophecy on that in fact - the very thing you just mentioned. When my carpal tunnel eases up I'll try and type it in unless can find online.

They just showed another tape of CNN of a recent abuse of power by police - they show the police (white I might add as were the police) beating the guy in the face with their fists and then kicking him on the ground and THIS while he is hand cuffed. They have been disciplined, or are being disciplined, but is there something going on that makes tehm think they have that much power or right??? It is very disturbing.
