I was skeptical but I started this cleanse on Saturday and I don't even want to mention what I have been passing. I can't believe what was inside me - now wonder why I felt so crappy all the time. I am only on the half dose too. I am hooked on cleansing now. I intend to do several different ones before starting chelation.
