Acne is a disorder resulting from the action of hormones and other substances on the skin’s oil. Acne usually occurs on the face, neck, back, chest and shoulders. In the past, Human have a folk wisdom concerned with the problem of the acne. In my opinion, it’s very useful moreover the ingredient is easy to find. Now I have 2 methods to cure the acne. First, using a red onion to cure the acne. The red onions have an effect to cure the acne as well as to rub out the mark of the acne. Solution: Firstly, bring a fresh red onion, slice or pound, touch the liquid from the red onion and smear at a region of the acne. Second, using egg white albumen to cure a small pimple. Solution: First, prepare 1 teaspoon of lemon and the egg white albumen 1 teaspoon full then, mix the substance. After that smear on face, wait for 30 minutes and wash your face with soap. There’s not a medicine to prevent acne at present. So that to prevent the acne by natural methods for instance, don’t worry about anything, sleep enough in a day, exercise, drink pure water, avoid caffeine and wash your face 2 times/day etc. Any ideas to treat the acne? Do you have to cure the acne by folk wisdom? [color:"purple"] [/color]

Thanks for this solution. This is very interesting.
I believe that acne can be made worse by oily skin, and oily skin can be caused by raised DHT levels in the body, and raised DHT levels can be caused by mercury toxicity which can come from tattoos, vaccines, amalgam fillings, and coal-burning power plants.
I wish I knew this when I was younger.

I had acne sinse I was 15 that suddenly got worse at about age 36 (moderate cystic acne for the first time in my life, had been mild prior to that). Interestingly this was around the time that I got a root canal done and all that work was done in a mouth full of amalgam fillings (7 total, 2 of which were right above the root canaled tooth and one right next to it). Now my face is the best it has ever been in my life as an adult!!! (no more mercury fillings and I'm doing chelation) If I do break out it is very small and gone in 1-2 days. The best things I found for keeping my acne away is the algin along with the chelation and infra red saunas. I also use a retinol product at night that i love. chigirl

That's great to hear. I'm glad to hear that Algin is working so well for you. I wonder how long it will take for most people to hear about and/or catch on to this connection. I still have visible marks on my face from the severity of acne I had as a child. Just another scar in my long list of scars related to mercury poisoning by amalgam fillings.

Apple cider vinegar, 100 proof vodka and cucumber juice. equal parts. use in the evening once daily after washing with a gentle preferably natural soap. Glycerin soap is good, goat's milk soap is good, clay based soap is good. Splash with water in the morning.
Also, prior to washing, spend about 10 minutes gently massaging your face with a mixture of oils. Hazelnut oil is a good base, apricot oil is a good base, sesame is a good base.. something along those lines (don't use olive oil if you like to go out in the sun a lot, it can make you photosensitive)... then add about 10% tea tree oil, about 7% lavender, and about 7% rosemary essential oils. It takes some time, but if you do this at least once daily to help your skin release dirt and impurities prior to washing (with soap and hot water) you should have a great complexion in a month or two. Continue this forever, you will not want to stop cleaning your skin this way because it works really well.
A clay mask once a week or so helps draw out other toxins, including mercury. Queen Helens is a good choice and affordable, contains bentonite.
I like to use fresh aloe on my skin after deep cleansing/showering, and then I'll finish off with a light layer of shea butter/evening primrose oil.
Emu oil is also real good for your skin. use lightly. It's harder for pimples/acne to develop on clean soft skin, don't let your skin dry out.
And drink plenty of water.

The best thing for acne pigment scars that are red but not really indented...is called Cosmelan. It's a depigmintation cream and takes away acne pigmentation and makes skin look porcelean. I had the treatment done by a dermatologist and he charged me around $900. I found people selling the cosmelan treatment for around $100..all you need is the continuation creme and not the mask. Works beautifully..but i don't know how natural it is. If i wasn't continuing to break out..i would buy a new one in a heart beat to get that porcelean look.

You can use ice-cube and toothpaste for the treatment of acne.First of all when you wake up, rub the spots containing acne with an ice cube for about 10 seconds. Then, before you go to bed, do it again. DO NOT DRY IT, let it dry itself. Once it's dry, put toothpaste on it and go to bed. When you wake up, take a facecloth, wet it with COLD water and wipe off the toothpaste. This is the treatment which helped me.

Drugs, creams and typical acne cures sometimes work in a partial way but the results are temporary and the side effects are nasty. The tiny handful acne sufferers who have learned how to clear their acne from within and without ever using drugs or over the counters are the only people in the world who keep their skin clear permanently. Now you can learn these clear skin secrets from a nutritionist and a former sufferer who knows from real-world experience exactly how it's done with the knowledge through online treatment .

Hi there,
Iv never really had bad acne. But iv had my fair share of zits. I used to use a tea tree oil soap which worked really well. Now i use this stuff called ~ Bee Natural - Honey Facial Scrub. It makes my face feel really really clean & i haven't had 1 pimple since i started using it. Only prob is that i buy it from the Byron Bay markets, so i doubt they sell it in any of the supermarkets. If u ever get there u should def check it out tho.
