Thanks everyone for the support. Bex - I'm with you on the Heels detox kit. I took it when I was first chelating with a holisitic doc (the one who overchelated me with fillings in)and it is good stuff. I was horrible nausea and had the runs for 3 days (I'm sure a healing crisis)but then woke up feeling great on day #3. It may be good to do in between rounds of chelation. I decided to try a parasite cleanse before I start chelation. I'm using the half dose since it is my first cleanse and I just got out my amalgams so I don't want to overdo it. I have one side of my mouth that still hurts - only when I eat and appply pressure. I'm worried that a tooth may have not survived the refilling. Last night it was horrible pain and I actually had to resort to aspirin. I feel asleep with the ice pack on and woke up fine. Didn't eat yet today - almost afraid to. I hate the fact that everything revolves around how I feel too - did you ever realize that it's all we can think about? Always wondering what is working and what's not - it's so overwhelming. I just wish one day I would wake up and not have to think about it all. Just live and be free of the burden of it all. I guess perserverance will get up to that point. We can't give up now - at least we know what the problem is not it is just tackling it - sounds easier than it is. Right now as I type this I can smell myself reeking (sp?) of garlic. I have noticed since removal that I sweat a ton more and I urinate more. Nothing else major YET.
