The bible preaches the earth as a sphere! I know of Job 26:7 where Job says God suspended the earth on nothing. However, I am unaware of the passages that say the earth is a sphere or a ball. That's not all it preaches too. There are quotes in the bible that have been there long before man was able to verify it and understand it properly via modern technology. I'll hunt down the book that gives the quote and verses for this, it's interesting to say the least. That would be interesting. Does it belong on this thread or should you start another one in the Bible forum?
A faith that connot survive collision with the truth is not worth many regrets. -- Arthur C. Clarke
