Today is my first day of being amalgam free - at least half a day starting at 12:30. I can't say I feel anything dramatic but a huge burden of relief. I can now Really begin my healing journey. My mouth is sore way sore. I have had 2 at a time taken out until today I said just do the last 4. I was tired of charcoal, IV vit C (at $90 a pop), and mega doses of B1 & B6 - which helps with dental pain and inflammation. It really helps I took about 350 mg of each 1 hour before and 2 hours after and then throughout the next couple of days - it's like apsirin. I can already smell the mercury in my urine and sweat - I smell horrible (my sweat that is) and my urine is so toxic! That is a good thing - my urine never really smelled. So now rest for the next couple of days and enjoy my new mouth. I will keep you posted of my chelation journey. Thanks for listening!
