Man I feel your pain...
and I can't believe the prices these Dentists are charging. You'd be better off flying out east and going to someone around here who charges a fraction. It seems that even with travel expenses, you'd come out way ahead!
I also feel the same about how my life was ruined. Who do I get to sue? I was someone who affected peoples lives and had an unstoppable passion for life until I crashed and burned on mercury.
Now, 39, single (never been married) and recovering, I feel as though someone robbed me of the best years of my life. And I can't believe the ignorance. When I was a 12 year old child, if you told me that you were going to put fillings in my mouth that contained mercury, I would have said, "No way!" And if you tried to tell me that it wouldn't leak out, I would have bet you everything I own that you were dead wrong.
How can an educated adult really believe that in the volatile environment of the human mouth this compound stays together. Physics tells us vitually nothing would. Everything is going to leach to some degree or another... and why would they choose mercury.
Sometimes it's not hard to believe that someone, somewhere is making a whole lot of money from treating the myriad of illnesses caused by mercury and that they know exctly what's going on. They will try to convince us that they were ignorant of the whole thing. Perhaps they don't mind being called ignorant as long as the cash keeps rolling.
...And this theory gets even easier to believe when you consider that mercury is used in vaccines as a preservative. Can you think of anything more stupid... or perhaps more brilliant... to keep people poppin Prozac and the like?
Think very carefully (and logically) about it. Could there really be people in the world this bad? Educated people know that there always has been. It's better the face it than go into denial about it as so many Americans do. I wish we would all wise up.

"I deplore... the putrid state into which our newspapers have passed and the malignity, the vulgarity, and mendacious spirit of those who write for them... These ordures are rapidly depraving the public taste and lessening its relish for sound food. As vehicles of information and a curb on our funtionaries, they have rendered themselves useless by forfeiting all title to belief... This has, in a great degree, been produced by the violence and malignity of party spirit." --Thomas Jefferson to Walter Jones, 1814. ME 14:46
"Our printers raven on the agonies of their victims, as wolves do on the blood of the lamb." --Thomas Jefferson to James Monroe, 1811. ME 13:59
"From forty years' experience of the wretched guess-work of the newspapers of what is not done in open daylight, and of their falsehood even as to that, I rarely think them worth reading, and almost never worth notice." --Thomas Jefferson to James Monroe, 1816. ME 14:430
"Nothing can now be believed which is seen in a newspaper. Truth itself becomes suspicious by being put into that polluted vehicle. The real extent of this state of misinformation is known only to those who are in situations to confront facts within their knowledge with the lies of the day." --Thomas Jefferson to John Norvell, 1807. ME 11:224
"As for what is not true, you will always find abundance in the newspapers." --Thomas Jefferson to Barnabas Bidwell, 1806. ME 11:118
"Advertisements... contain the only truths to be relied on in a newspaper." --Thomas Jefferson to Nathaniel Macon, 1819. ME 15:179
"The press is impotent when it abandons itself to falsehood." --Thomas Jefferson to Thomas Seymour, 1807.
