No doubt it is not simple, but the book, "It's All In Your Head" gave me all the info I needed to call several Dentist offices and ask questions I needed answers to.

The book has information about choosing the right Dentist. I went through the chapter, wrote down the questions and found a great Dentist w/o much trouble at all. The price was reasonable too.

I have heard from many who have Dentists charging outrageous amounts of money for these proceedures. Always shop around.
