Hi everyone,
I have been for 3 colonics in the last week and a half. I am having no problem with the colonics themselves, and they are going well. However, I have been experiencing more symptoms during this time period and I was wondering if this makes any sense as a response to the colonics. Could it be that the cleaning out of the colon is stirring things up and so I feel more symptoms? Because I am constipated I have chosen to do the colonics to try to clean out my colon and get it moving on its own.
Just wondering if you have any thoughts on this.
