Just a note to let you know that you may receive an error message on our system occasionally between 5am and 7am eastern standard time. During this time, you may also experience very slow performance.

This is not a glitch. This is actually the time when our system backs up the forum database (it is backed up daily to ensure we never lose messages).

During this time, the database for the system stops accepting new connections until the backup is done. When it's complete, normal operations continue. The backup normally takes between 10 an 20 minutes.

So, if you receive an error during this time, please don't worry, and there is no need to report it. However, if you receive an error during any other part of the day, please notify the administrator.
