I have read that ' anecdotal reports show cacao can help with mercury detoxification', now, Im assuming this is because raw cacao is high in sulphur, so lets discuss it. This is a forum where we discuss these things, and if they dont, well , at least we can cross that off the list and try something else which might detox mercury, since new health products are emerging all the time claiming to help with mercury, like Goji etc etc which I read about, and it might or might not work, but at least lets find out.

I haven't heard that about cacao....I was wondering about bugleweed combination which is bugleweed ???, yellow dock and lobelia. It's a Dr. Christopher formula. Purported to help with heavy metals...although never heard of it till I read it on a site you can buy bulk herbs - Herbs First

It might have a slight effect, however garlic, eggs, and other better sulfur sources probably work much better. I realize cocoa tastes better than raw garlic. MSM is more controversial though. The issue isn't just detoxifying from mercury, but also from candida toxins and other toxins. Acetylaldehyde is a toxin present in many fragrances, cigarrette smoke, diesel fumes, and is what drinking alcohol is metabolized into.

I don't know if cacao has sulphur or what component in it detoxifies mercury, but either way it's not a realistic main source of any detox program. You need to consume a lot of something to make a difference in a detox program. Have you priced raw cacao? EXPENSIVE. There are much much much much much cheaper and easier sources of sulphur.
I have a huge tub of MSM (sulphur) - it's pretty inexpensive stuff and very easy to mix into drinks.
Eggs, cabbage, onions, shallots, brussels sprouts, etc... are great sources of sulphur. Cooking reduces the sulphur content, so raw is best.
And Goji berries? Geez I hope you have a trust fund or something.
Don't get caught up on the idea that it takes lots of money to detox! The cheapest stuff is often the best.

Ive seen goji berries, and agree they are expensive, and which other products also detox ?. Apparently cacao has the highest amount of antioxidants of any food ! So it might help with a detox. I personally dont eat goji berries , and If i did I would take goji berry powder.

The clove oil was an excellent find, Ill ask about it on the raw food talk forum as I have never seen it mentioned there, and see if its true. Ill definitely look into clove oil, it may be the next big thing to hit the health world.

It is a big thing and very potent, but also very toxic in more than small quantities. I am using 7 drops at a time mixed in half a cup of water plus wormwood and black walnut green hull extract , 3 times a day. This is the most I am willing to use. Some websites recommend using just 1-5 drops 3 times a day. Perhaps I may scale back to 5 drops at a time or less in a few days. Clove oil boosts the immune system, kills candida and parasite eggs, and kills many bacteria and viruses. The wormwood and black walnut green hull extract will be discontinued after around 30-40 days. I am using just 10 drops at a time 3 times a day of the womwood due to its toxicity. I am using around 25 drops 3 times a day of the black walnut. In addition to being a parasite cleanse, this combination of herbs is great at fighting candida. http://ezinearticles.com/?Fewer-Sic...and-Methods-of-Application&id=578271http://www.stopcancer.com/essential_oils_antioxidant.htm

http://rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=43210Okay, well the difference between that and cacao is, that cacao can be a meal, and can be eaten as a food in big quantities, whereas clove oil can't, so its really a debate between cacao and clove oil over which has the most antioxidants and how easy they are to get into your body. Maybe when people say cacao has the most antioxidants, they mean something that you can eat til you are full that contains the most.

I guess they are referring to foods, and clove oil is technically not a food, but an extracted concentrate. Beware though, that too much antioxidants can be counterproductive and actually be harmful. Clove oil does have great value though to help improve certain health conditions. Its toxicity must be respected though, and it must be used with caution. I am exploring other essential oils(ginger, peppermint, cinnamon, etc.) and might add some of these to my regimen. I am sure that these also have their toxicity, so the dosages must be carefully controlled. Keep in mind though that all substances are toxic if overused. A very sad story. A woman in her 20s died while participating in a water drinking contest. The huge amounts of water depleted her electrolytes.

I don't think it is raw, but you can buy "100% cacao" at Walmart. It's baking chocolate in the form of a candy bar. On the front it will say "100% cacao" and on the ingredients it will say "chocolate" as the only ingredient. I do eat this sometimes because raw cacao beans are outrageously expensive where I live, and it's really cheap - a large 8 oz bar for about $2. I just break off a chunk and chew it with some raisins or honey. Otherwise I don't eat regular chocolate because of all the sugar and other crap they put in it.
Baking chocolate has the natural fat (cacao butter?) left in and has no sugar. You can also get Hershey's cacao powder that has had the fat removed.
I don't know how many antioxidants are left after raw cacao beans have been processed into baking chocolate or powder, but Hershey's does put a little antioxidant doo-hickey on the label so there must be some left.

Yes, however they might now be raw, and may use heat processing to remove the oil.
Myabe not though, Im not sure, its just that Ive read about raw cacao powder and they say they cold press it instead.
Anyway, we could combine cacao with the clove oil, that would be good ! And cacao has the highest of any food, but clove oil has the highest of any food AND supplement in the market today.

Apparently raw cacao powder has 33 per cent more antioxidants when they make it into powder !!!
There's the cacao beans, cacao butter , (the fat I think,) and cacao powder (the one with massive amounts of antioxidants), and some others like liquor and nibs.

At 8:30 in the video, he's talking about being in the Amazon and that there are no chemtrails. That's a real happy thought for me considering how we're getting bombed today.
