I do a parasite cleanse every 3 months regardless. If my stomach starts hurting it's time for a maintenance dose. I think parasites can really be a problem but if you do the cleanse every 3 months they will be no problem. I do believe that is where my biggest problem was with my stomach but I very rarely have problems now. I worried about them too at first(creepy little bugs eaten on me and yes very gross to think about but)just do the cleanses and don't think about it. You can worry yourself to death. Do at least 4 weeks worth and that will kill the little buggers.
