You gotta be flippin kidding me! I am constantly amazed at the monumental ignorance that continues to propagate itself about Worldwide Terrorist activity and associated actions. I am flabergasted at the preponderance of talking heads, uber-politicians and left-wing-never-before-served-in-the-military-President-Bush-bad-mouthers spouting this putrescence about whether or not it really happened and whether or not the USA should be over there, are we doing the right thing, BLAH BLAH BLAH. Let me bring a couple of things to light. Back in the late 30’s we tried to stay out of a World Wide engagement and 12 million people DIED because we waited so long to get involved. In one day (D-Day) we lost 10,000 US troops. THINK ABOUT IT! Wanna-be smart folks have fooled themselves thinking if we get out of Iraq, no more people will die. Bovine Scatology! Have any of you actually looked at what MUSLIM EXTREMIST websites have planned out?! That’s right. 9-11 wan’t just some target of opportunity. (And don’t even get me started about whether or not it actually happened. I’ll not even grace that argument with a response.) It was part of a very elaborate, very well planned and executed plan of desiring to bring the WILL of this Greatest Nation to her knees. Too bad for them, instead of breaking our WILL against them, it galvanized and catapulted our efforts against them. They have a well documented 100 Year Plan to institute Islamic governments a-la Afgani Taliban ALL OVER THE WORLD! Since everyone is always so Link-happy, go read for yourself. Oh, and for the record, Patton said best, “No poor bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making other bastards die for their country.” I’d also like to add that I’d rather lost 3000 off my bravest troops “over there” than 3000 civilians (no-matter then level of ignorance) over here.
