For DMPS, I went to a small private clinic in St. Petersburg Florida and just requested it. Most places will require you to have a prescription. They also might require you to have a battery of tests first but don't let them force you to do that. It's just for their financial benefit.

As for colon hydrotherapy... there are places specializing in this in most major cities. Check your yellow pages or the Internet.

And by the way, when you have your fillings removed, you may want to make sure they are removed safely and in the right order.
