There have been a couple times in my life I saw blood in my bm's. One time, I would see it a lot, got pretty worried so I actually went in for a colon thing, whatever they call it they have a tool and look around in there, and it was just a polyp the doctor called it, a teeny small hemmorroid right at the end of my colon that would bleed. I was 30 at the time, I was actually pretty ill my lungs were bleeding I was coughing up blood from allergies and then that... but he said do nothing and it went away on it's own. I had an internist, she had given me steroids for the lung bleeding and then I got the bloody bm's so it may have been related to the steroids too.

Then, when I was sick 18 months ago with the mercury I was seeing some blood in my bm's too. I didnt see it everyday, just now and then, it cleared up on it's own.

Anyway, before I would label anything of that nature or worry too much about it if you don't see it often, I would wait a few days and just keep checking the bm's.

Could very well be something you ate, could be the medication too. Could simply be a teeny little hemorroid you never knew you had.

When you are feeling better it would probably be wise to do some colon cleanse herbs.

Wheat products are kind of iffy... you know... they put pesticides in wheat to keep bugs away while it's on the grocer shelf... and if's it bleached flour it could have bromine in it..

different parts of the country have a lot of chemicals in the water too, fluoride, chlorine, who knows what else... all those things add up to zap your energy.

I would try the fasting first (if you are able) since you know that has worked for you before, and then add in items slowly. If it's wheat, you'll know if you can get a clean start with the fast. You can use colon cleanse herbs insteda of colonics but colonics are better. there is the high enema option, quite a chore that but quite worthwhile when you must.

Hope you feel better soon.
