yes, 1 or 2 days later is fine. what you want to avoid is having removal 7, 14 or 21 days after the previous removal. You should try and make sure you are as healthy as possible too. if you have a cold or feeling rough, just postpone until you feel better. some people, like me, felt really bad after amalgam removal and i needed to wait 1 month before all the symptoms subsided before i could get the next quadrant out.

The 7/14/21 day thing is what is called the 7 day body’s immune cycle. Your body has a immune response to a stress (i.e. amalgam removal gives you a dose of mercury and your body mounts a protection process to stop the contamination as much as it can, i.e. to heal you.) this immune response repeats every 7 days, gradually getting weaker. you do not want to have amalgam removal when your body is having an immune response from a previous removal...you get double the trouble. This is exactly what happened to me, my symptoms repeated 7/14 and 21 days after each quadrant removed. not everyone gets it...depends on a zillion different things you have zero control over.

To get the full scoop on this you should read "It's all in your head" by Hal huggins. He is good with amalgam removal.....afterall he is a dentist. his detox is not so hot though.

Good luck.
