Hi Skies, good you hear from ya, glad its going well. yes....the cleanses do get easier and easier. tomorrow is my last day of my herbal liver cleanse from HW and it was plain sailing, just very mildly under the weather for a couple of hours on a couple of days...but really plain sailing.
Then i will do a chelation round starting tomorrow. Round 20.
