I don't know, I have been getting mild relapses of the mercury posioning I suffered 18 months ago and interestingly enough, my long muscles in my arms (biceps) and legs ( calf muscles) hurt like heck sometimes.

far as I am concerned, it's related to the mercury and the amalgams still in my mouth. I am 100% sure of that but I wouldn't even bother mentioning it to most doctors or dentists because it isn't a note or a symptom of anything on their yellow legal pad. Mercury per say is not treatable with any of their meds so they cannot offer a solution so therefore they don't diagnosis it.

a good doctor won't mind your self-diagnosis, I've noticed that. It's the insecure ones that are kind of lost that bawk when you mention you think something like mercury might be causing those problems.

I would try chelation with her Jeanie, with a good integrative med doc if possible. Chelation cannot hurt her worse, as long as she doesn't have any amalgam fillings which will keep her chelating forever (like me).. and in this world we all acquire a load of something we should get rid of anyway, lead being in the forefront there.

My dad has had major joint problems for decades... I acquired some hefty joint issues within a few weeks after a dumb dentist did bad work, so to me, it's all related. Chelation will cure it, yes, cure it, if it is heavy metal related as it was in my case. It did for me anyway. He has a few amalgams and he knows what I went through and he knows I was in really good health prior so he knows for sure I am not making it up but still, since he acquired it slowly over time he doesn't want to make the connection to his own problems. I would hate to see him go through all of the with a dentist anyway tell you the truth, he is 80 years old. He does eat a lot garlic (I learned it from him as a kid!) which may be what has kept him at least in otherwise good helath all these years.

My 14 yr old daughter has some mercury issues from me too, I am pretty sure. Bad bad temper from time to time. Only time will help her, she does not have any fillings, silver, white, or otherwise. I have given her DMSA (oral) from them to time, it does help her, she gets very very tired if I give it to her for 2-3 days in a row though. DMSA does that to me too, which is why I like the cilantro, it does not do that to me and keeps the mercury symptoms at bay. My kid hates cilantro though so I can't help her much with that past sneaking it into recipes here and there. make sure you eat garlic when eating cilantro, it does something to the heavy metals, makes it easier for your body to get rid of them, you don't want them to be recirculating. It has helped me a lot, and saved me thousands in chelation fees. I think the kid simply may not drink enough water.

I have to admit though really, the IV chelation was absolutely excellent in the long run, very difficult to start, hurts like heck to start...
