nope, i never been proper healthly...i never looked like Tarzan!

i complicated things by drinking furiously, smoking, terrible diet, then soft, then hard drugs....none of these things made me any healtier! Had great fun though. paying the price now, but....was a most excellent life style i had. makes me wince the things i used to do.....

so yeah, health is a new experience for me too...i been trying hard to regain it for 10 years....but only in the last 8 months did i halt the dive and start healing and getting better again. i still have some way to go too.
