That really is quite normal for black walnut hull on the first go. It will settle down. You probably have parasites of some sort, quite a bit larger than candida. Most people do gd, and they can and will cause diarrhea if you start taking something like black walnut hull tincture. But it should settle down by tomorrow/ I usually only get one or two spates of loose stools when starting a course of walnut hull, then gone completely. Betch tomorrow you go like a hog even. It does that, really clears out your kidneys real well. You should feel really good after that gd, a lot of toxins will come out with it. and... the first time I ever did the walnut, I saw lots of worms come out within the next couple weeks. It's good stuff, it does all sorts of good things for you, I'd stick with it.
I really don't think you should be obsessed with killing yeasts, no, only if they are causing issues, if they are really abundant. they can cause allergies and stuff, make you hypersensitive.
But some kefir and your raw milk should keep things balanced I would think. Gosh you can even make yogurt!
bromelain.. no wonder I like eatin pineapple so much. I never thought of it as a yeast killer but parasites do hate it so I guess... makes your stomach digest things better, including parasites and their larvae. Fresh pineapple real good for you, eating a lot will also give you the runs. Papaya another example but it has never given me diarrhea.
Yeah the sweating.. I wonder if that was what made me really feel like dirt last week and the week prior... I was going out tio the garden, working up a major sweat, coming in, showering, changing clothes and heading staright back out to do it again. I did a couple times, maybe 3 tomes adya for a few days in a row and the egads did I feel like a ton of bricks hit me. I stayed in the house fopr the most part the past 10 days. except to go sit in the cold cold river and maybe pick wild blackberries early in the cool morn. I am much better. My back teeeeth still aaache a bit. Do your goats use pliers?
I am at this very moment bottling my very last batch of blackberry jam. 4 pints, 3 half pints... some blackberries with syrup in there for ice cream,, the pantry is full of blackberry jam kids... I will be putting sign up that says 'Keep out, that's mine!'
