I think Dr Lagos is a pretty good bet. I couldn't remember his name until you mentioned him and I do believe I've heard good things about him before, but so far, nothing bad. I think he's a bit more expensive than some, but probably safer!

Not sure about the American Bio dental centre, I've not heard of it. I do hope somebody with experience at this place maybe able to advise you further. If I find anymore information I will pass it onto you.
