Dudley, if you can't tolerate the grapefruit seed extract or raw garlic, then you could use licorice, cinnamon, and peppermint. These have much less severe side effects as they probably kill the yeast slower. How were you using the citricidal? Did you mix more then 10 drops in a cup of water? How many times a day did you take it? The feelings of unreality are probably from the candida. Candida produces acetylaldehyde as a waste product, which is what your body metabolizes alcohol to. That is why many who have a candida problem feel like they have a hangover. You could take supplements to help break down the acetylaldehyde. That will diminish the side effects from the yeast. If you stay on a low carb diet, the yeast population in your body should diminish. Eating plain yogurt with active cultures or taking an acidophilus supplement will help. As the candida die, they spew out their waste products. That is why when fighting yeast you usually feel worse first before feeling much better. chelation results in plenty of mercury deing excreted through your bowels, which can cause candida to flare up strongly. My advice is to get the candida under control before you start chelation. otherwise the candida could really make your life very unpleasant. Keep taking antifungals while chelating.

Don't think that you will feel better right away doing chelation. Myself and others here have felt worse while doing chelation. The same thing goes for fighting candida. While you are doing it you will probably feel worse, but longer term you will improve. I am thinking that taking chelation slow and using a smaller dosage is a better idea.
