dawn,
i had my amalgams taken out unsafely even though i didn't know. and since then have felt suicidal many times.because i can't see any light at the end of the tunnel yet. the main reason is because i haven't started chelating yet and i am finding all the prep work so complicated.but i will not give into it because i know theres a good life to be had once i'm better
