7/8/2008 - Forum Updates Scheduled: Smilies, Character Set Fixes

On this date, we intend to add back all of the available smilies that were on the previous system.

We also want to fix the character-set problem the you may see. This manifests itself in strange characters appearing when some above-ASCII 127 character are attempted to be displayed, such as long end-dashes.
