I did a parasite cleanse and seriously i mustve got rid of 4000 or so pinworms over the course of a year. I was crawling with them. The thing is you never know they are there until you start cleansing then your body goes crazy. At first its hard going but it gets easier. Me im not thinking of food every 10 minutes now. Im sure theres still some left inside me but i need a break from it, it can be rough at times.
