I just read an interesting article about cinnamon and clove preventing the conversion of the amino acid histidine to histamine. Vitamin B6 helps to break up histamine formed in the digestive system and keep it from being absorbed. The amino acid histidine is needed to make hemoglobin.. If it is converted to histamine, it isn't available to be used to make hemoglobin. Cinnamon also has many other beneficial properties. It is sweet, but has no sugar, and very few calories(18 per tablespoon?) Cinnamon and clove are also antifungal, antibacterial, and antiparasitic. http://whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=dailytip&dbid=246http://www.herbwisdom.com/herb-cinnamon.html

Both of those (cin. with clove and garlic) sound really good! And more palatable that way! Worth looking into! I do have sensitivities along with my blood type but think those come out stronger when you are toxic. I can handle dairy for a while but it eventually never fails to make me ill.... Very mucous forming for all but I can barely tolerate it at times. I take anti-histamines regularly, too, though and should go natural.
