Jeanie, you need to go on a very low carb diet. Avoid all sugar , alcohol, starches, fruits, and starchy vegetables. Make sure that you take plenty of vitamin c, b vitamins, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D. I recently started taking 2000 IU a day of vitamin D. I also started eating raw garlic again, one clove after each meal cut into small pieces and washed down with plenty of water. I also increased my intake of licorice tea to two cups a day. I am using the Yogi Egyptian Licorice Tea, which has several other antifungal herbs besides just licorice. I also eat plain lowfat yogurt with active cultures. Raw garlic is amazing stuff. http://www.greenze.com/2007/08/17-benefits-of-organic-raw-garlic-how-it-can-improve-your-health/I suggest you avoid cilantro. Its effects are unpredictable. Perhaps it might be okay for someone after a year or two of chelation, but not while they are very mercury toxic. i am doing much better today, since starting to eat raw garlic again yesterday. Perhaps you should try it? The first two times I took it yesterday I had a very strong reaction to it, but today the reaction to it was much more mild. I feel like I am breathing better today than yesterday, as I had a nasty nasal drip yesterday before the garlic.
