Hi Jeanie, <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/welcomesign.gif" alt="" /> Welcome to the forum! Yes people use different protocols depending on the success they have and most stick to what works for them. I have been using and alternative heavy metal detox supplement by Extreme Health USA. It has worked well for me. I have been using it since December of last year. It does not contain EDTA, DMSA or DMPS but it does contain Alpha Lipoic Acid. I like it because I can control my intake and because it's mild I don't have to worry about going over board. Nice and steady. http://www.extremehealthusa.com/source.html I also use Algin and Modiflan. Modiflan was used by the Russians for Chernobyl too. Is that what you are referring too? They have both helped me a great deal along with drybrushing, parasite/colon cleansing, Vitamin C, and supporting my adrenal glands. http://www.modifilan.com/I was also recommended taking Lexapro but I felt terrible and so much so I decided I would rather go through the panic attacks that feel the effects of Lexapro. Was a bad experience for me. Well since finishing my last parasite and colon cleanse, I feel much better and the panic attacks and palpitations have almost disappeared. But I have been feeling much better lately and have not tried the metal challenge test. I'm afraid I might have a reaction to it and so I am hesitant. I plan to do a lung, liver and kidney cleanse but am hesitant to start those yet until I am certain I will be able to handle them. I also do magnetic clay baths that have also helped me get toxins out. I have tried many things but these are the things that have helped me. Hope you find whatever works for you and stick with it. Good luck. angelbaby26
