I'm perusing this very informative forum you have and caught where you use Mercola's protocol or at least have a link to his mercury detox protocol. He has good information, but uses cilantro and his protocol goes against what Andy Cutler warns with chelating. Just curious what the deal is with that? I was on his forum for years and there was a lot of bantering back and forth concerning using more natural methods for, I guess, natural chelating, (like with minerals and seaweed which Algin is). I believe in Andy's book - have talked to him personally - but never have felt up to chelating even after I got my amalgam all out. Tried it, but it is hard. I have a host of problems, too, and am thinking, for now, of just getting back on the seaweed. Forgot what its called....it was developed by Russians suffering from the Chernoble effects of radiation. I am not doing well overall. LOTS of pain. Lipids out of whack. Thyroid issues, Fibromyalgia. Back and neck issues. Trying to get motivated again. My Doc put me on Lexapro which I took about 3 days and searched for side effects and found a website called "The Road Back." I don't care to go that route so stopped. I do take meds to deal with pain, insomnia, etc. etc. I've been the anti-depressant route, though, with elavil and scares me. I've been eating wrong, though, and interesting Mercola's site also talks about staying away from foods my blood type warns me off of, too. I feel so much worse when I have wheat, dairy or sugar. (Had pizza last night and a peppermint patty...) I was doing so good for a while. Slimmed down but feel like all my nerves are on fire.
