That's what I've been waiting for all along. I would be only too thrilled to see a rational rebuttal come from the creationist side. This isn't said as a challenge, either. I honestly want to see this side of the debate supported -- I just wanted it supported maturely and with the guidelines any proper debate should adhere to.
It is my personal challenge to CTD that he post one sincere post without any emotional outbursts, snide remarks or insults. Saying that his opponents do the same thing (which is quite ironic considering that they don't) is no excuse. If your side of the argument is founded on truth and nothing more, then there is absolutely no reason for emotional outbursts whatsoever.
In fact, is there any friendly wager we can spark here, folks? Obviously money can't be at stake in this virtual world here so what else can we bet on? If CTD (heck, or any of the current creationist posters) can make a thoughtful and sincere, honest-to-goodness debate-style post
sans emotional outbursts, I'll shave my legs and post a before and after picture! I'm open to alternative propositions. I'm just quite confident it won't happen: a mature post from the creationist side supported with verifiable evidence. (Note: links to videos do not constitute as evidence.)
...come to think of it though... I'm not even asking for evidence here. Just a mature post without the need to pepper it with snide remarks or passive aggression. That alone would be quite a start.
