mega, i dont know if you still have amalgam or not but what happened to me was i got mine done with only limited protection and was way worse after removal, i was completly suicidal, i cant begin to tell you how i felt it was pure torture though!
If your not on an anti candida diet then i would def recommend it for your own sanity, and if you do have amalgams, go slowly on getting them out after you have been on the diet for a while.
Have you had thyroid/adrenals checked, this is very important, proper meds got me back from being in a black hole.
