Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone has any experience with using colonics as a help in the de-tox program. I believe that my constipation is totally due to the excessive release of mercury last fall when I had 2 fillings removed and 1 replaced with amalgam. (This was prior to my discovery of my mercury poisoning.) After these fillings were done my total digestion changed and I became completely constipated. In June I had all my fillings replaced and am now trying to detox myself. My first concern is this constipation. So I was wondering about having a colonic. Would appreciate any info or ideas from anyone on this.
Thanks. Chelan

Constipation? This is very common with mercury toxicity. Take Magnesium. Colonics are excellent for clearning the colon of mercury. My Dentist actually recommended it several times after the removal, particularly recommending one withing 24 hours after the removal.
