Just wondering if anyone has any experience with using colonics as a help in the de-tox program. I believe that my constipation is totally due to the excessive release of mercury last fall when I had 2 fillings removed and 1 replaced with amalgam. (This was prior to my discovery of my mercury poisoning.) After these fillings were done my total digestion changed and I became completely constipated. In June I had all my fillings replaced and am now trying to detox myself. My first concern is this constipation. So I was wondering about having a colonic.
Would appreciate any info or ideas from anyone on this.
