My refuge and strength.. Is.. And reason to believe..
Beside all the other reasons that give one hope..

Is Luke 24:36..
And (as ) they were saying theses things ,
Jesus Himself stood in their midst,
and said to them, Peace to you !
37: But being terrified and being filled with fear ,
they thought they beheld a spirit.
38: And He said to them, Why are you being troubled ?
And why do reasonings come up in your hearts.
39: See My hands and My feet that I am He ?
Feel Me and see , because a spirit does not have flesh and bones,
as you behold Me haveing.
40: And haveing said this, He showed them ( His ) hands and feet.
41: But yet they not believeing from the joy, and marveling.
He said to them , Have you anything edible here ?
42: And they gave a broiled part ( of ) a fish.
43: And haveing taken theses before them, He ate.
44: And He said to them, Theses ( are ) the words which I
spoke to you, yet being with you, that must be fulfilled all the things
haveing been written in the Law of Moses, and the Prophets, and
the Psalms, concerning Me.
45: Then He opended up their minds to understanding the Scriptures,
46: and said to them, So it has been written, and so the Christ must
suffer , and to rise from ( the ) dead the third day.
47: And repentence and remission of sins ( must )
be preached on His name to all the nations , haveing begun from
Jerusalem.
48: And you are witnesses of theses things,
49: And, behold !
I send forth the promise of My Father on you,
But you sit in the city of Jerusalem untill you are clothed with power
from on high.

I must be about my Father's Business { Luke 2:49 }
And Jesus did just that....
That just fills me with such hope..
He overcame death..
Thats the promise that we can too...
In the resurrection..
No pain no sorrow as death will be no more....
