Pretty unexpected gaining 15 pounds What was your diet like before trying the milk fast? Gas is making milk so expensive <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> Oh and what blood type are you? Most sites I have seen do not recommend milk for people with digestion problems as it irritates the intestines
