A quart of whole milk has 18 grams of saturated fat, or 91% of the adult recommended daily allowance. If you are drinking over a gallon a day, you are taking in way too much saturated fat. You could switch to skim or part skim milk to deal with that. I am just stating these things since I think a milk only diet for long periods of time might be quite dangerous. This page lists the vitamin c in milk as zero. It also shows very low amounts of iron, copper and manganese.Niavcin, vitamin A and vitamin k . Sorry if I am getting on your case a bit, however drinking just milk for months at a time and eating no solid food imo could be dangerous. Most animals make vitamin c in their bodies so they don't need to take in any. Humans are the exception. We don't make any vitamin c in our bodies. http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/69/2
