Is there anywhere in the UK I can get hold of Andrew Cutler's book as I can't seem to find it?

Also, for those who use DMSA and ALA in the UK, where do you get your supplies from?

As far as my progress goes I feel like I have hit a plateau, I noticed slight improvements but still have same symptoms. I also am not doing too well with diet Hesham has me on which is primarily a Vegan diet. I feel better when I eat meat/Paleo.

I am going to give Cutlers protocol a go as it is renowned. What sort of doses should I start on with DMSA and ALA (I know this will be in the book but am trying to work things out from a cost point of view).

Book says 50mg dmsa, but was written in 1999 and many people have discovered they need to start lower. Recommended starting dose is 12.5mg per dose.
