I would not eat that.

Ok its organic.
Ok its brown rice.

But you know how they make it? They put the rice in a super hot oven and super fast, super heat it so that it puffs up like it does. The high heat kills and removes all life from that rice, it becomes a dead food. Your body cannot use dead food, cannot utilise any vits or minerals because they been heated too much and destroyed.

I class that as junk food. It’s been tinkered with too much by man.

Do you have the ingredients? Did they add a load of gunk>

Also……what does it taste like? Eat some dry without anything else……….if it tastes like saw dust…..it probably is.

How much does a hand full of rice cost? They heat it up, put in a box with a picture of some sunshine and quadruple the price.

Brown rice boiled up for breakfast makes a great start to the day. I have brown rice for breakfast a couple of times a week.
