I definitely noticed a difference and eventually figured out that it was due to melting snow.
I lived near a coal-burning power plant and the heavy metals would become bound to falling snow. When the snow melted, my symptoms would escalate. If melting stopped, so would the severity of symptoms.
Perhaps this relates to others as well.
