I've been there too -- just trying to survive day to day. The problem is that it tends to stay that way unless we take some action. I also had a long period where I didn't have much money and despaired that I'd ever be well. Things aren't quite so bleak at the moment.

I engaged in dramatics all my life and had them big-time when I came off my antidepressant. I was a whirlwind of panic and despair. The only place it got me was adrenal exhaustion. The people on my withdrawal and recovery list were pretty harsh with me and kept telling me to keep a level head and extricate my emotions from the situation as well as I was able. It took a long time to learn this and I'm still learning, but I think it's important to do in order to make progress with a problem.

Please understand that I mean well by saying this, but I see a lot of posts from you here that are despairing and full of drama. I'd like to see more that are asking for help with a way forward. There are a lot of people here who are willing to help you with this and who would like to see you feeling better. Just let us know when you feel ready to have a dialogue about this.

Best wishes,
Linda.
